Job description

• Perform calibration, validation, and maintenance of process instruments such as pressure gauges, transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meters, and control valves
• Ensure proper functioning of instrumentation systems in manufacturing and utility areas
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
• Maintain calibration records, logs, and documentation as per cGMP requirements
• Assist in qualification and validation of equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Coordinate with production and QA teams for smooth operations and compliance
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues (PLC/SCADA basics preferred)
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Support audits and inspections by maintaining audit-ready documentation
• Handle deviations, change controls, and CAPA related to instrumentation
