Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Pune, India seeks a VP to drive Engineering Excellence and Productivity across CB CIO India. The role focuses on scaling, improving engineering quality, automation adoption, and investment efficiency, with global rollout prospects.

You will build cost/delivery models, create capability and capacity insights using AI, and own the skill repository for the India team. Responsibility spans cross-team collaboration, SDLC optimization, and defining KPI-driven productivity initiatives

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and AI concepts relevant to engineering productivity.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC and key engineering KPIs.
• Strong data modelling and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience driving large-scale transformation programs across teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI tools to improve productivity while ensuring ethical use of data.

• Work with Engineering leads to understand the SDLC process and identify optimization opportunities.
