Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Pune, India seeks a VP-level leader to drive Engineering Excellence & Productivity. You will work with global teams to scale operations, improve engineering quality, adoption of automation, and investment efficiency, with metrics shared across the organisation.

You will use data from dbClarity and Apptio, apply AI to model cost, delivery, and capacity, and coordinate vendor footprint optimization while building a skills repository for CB CIO India.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Python & AI.
• Complete understanding of SDLC process and Engineering KPIs.
• Strong data modelling and Excel skills.
• Ability to drive large scale transformation programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with teams and drive output across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
