Job summary

Bondada Group is seeking a maintenance professional to oversee the operation and maintenance of power system equipment including SMPS, batteries, DG and related utilities in Telangana, India. The role focuses on implementing industry-standard maintenance strategies and ensuring compliance with SLAs.

The position involves monitoring performance, supporting field teams, initiating corrective and preventive actions, and preparing failure analyses with actionable recommendations to reduce operating

Responsibilities

• Operational and Maintenance of utility equipment’s like SMPS, Battery, DG and other power systems.
• Maintenance/ Visibility of strategies for Power and Utility equipment based on industry standards.
• Develop & establish system for monitoring performance of Service Area and City O&M teams.
• Provide technical & functional support to field team (Supervisor, Technician & Rigger).
• Corrective / preventive actions and monitor their implementation.
• Prepare FAR (Failure Analysis Report., with recommendations for improve the NWA).
• Recommend design changes to improve reliability / maintainability and reduce Opex.
• Operational Spares & material management
• Knowledge of core and service platforms availability as per the agreed SLA.
• Ensure the usage of all processes and tools as per guidelines.
