Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Engineer Trainee - Design with 0-1 year of experience to join our engineering team in Nelamangala, Bangalore. The candidate will support design and development activities by creating detailed drawings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Development

• Create and develop detailed 2D mechanical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Translate design concepts into proposal and detailed design drawings.
• Assist in preparing accurate and clear engineering layouts and documentation.

2. Collaboration

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and project stakeholders, to develop and refine designs.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical feedback and improvement suggestions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure design requirements are properly implemented.

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain, organize, and update project documentation systematically.
• Support adherence to internal design procedures and quality requirements.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical design, materials, and engineering tools.
