Job summary

Hyosung T&D India Private Limited in Pune seeks an Engineer - Testing to design and execute high-voltage and power tests, both in-house and at third-party labs.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years of test engineering experience with 38 kV or higher, and hands-on knowledge of lab equipment, data acquisitions, oscilloscopes, and sensors. On-site Pune role with standard manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years electrical test engineering experience on electrical power equipment.
• Experience with High Voltage 38 kV or above.

Responsibilities

• Design & execute high-voltage & power tests, both in house and at 3rd party labs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable standards (ANSI, IEEE, IEC, UL).
• Assist in design, construction and installation of equipment to improve testing operations.
• Develop schedules and manage projects of minor to major size with minimal supervision.
