Job summary

Venture is seeking an Engineer, Test Development in Senai, Johor. You will develop and deploy test solutions, software, and applications for PCBA and burn‑in tests, and support manufacturing operations.

The role requires knowledge of LabVIEW, Visual Studio, and C++, with a strong analytical approach and teamwork skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with opportunities to contribute to safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• SPM with years of experience or Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer/Mechatronics Engineering or relevant.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of LabVIEW, Visual Studio, C++ and other standard industry software programming tools is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy test solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop test software and applications for PCBA/Sub-assembly/Top Level/Burn‑in manufacturing test.
• Deploy test solutions at manufacturing sites and provide test support to the operation test engineering team.
• Develop/enhance test solutions for existing line test processes to improve efficiency and production output.
• Scope out test proposals and solutions in Statements of Work (SOW) based on product specs.

We’re looking to add a Engineer, Test Development in Senai, Johor

As a Engineer, Test Development, You will:

• Develop and deploy test solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness..
• Develop test software and applications for PCBA/Sub-assy/Top Level/Burn-in manufacturing test;
• Deploy test solutions at manufacturing sites and provide test support/training to the operation test engineering team;
• Develop/enhance test solution for existing line test process/software to improve efficiency and optimize production output;
• Scope out test proposal and solution in Statement of Work (SOW) based on product specification;
• Research on latest electronic/software technologies and evaluate the feasibility of implementation into test systems & architectures with cost effectiveness in mind;
• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs;
• Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by Company.

What skills and experiences are we looking:

• SPM with years of experience or Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer/Mechatronics Engineering or relevant;
• Preferably with 2-3 years relevant experience in respective industry;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of LabVIEW, Visual Studio, C++ and the other standard industry software programming tools is an added advantage;
• Excellent in mastering latest electronics technology and implementation into test solutions;
• Knowledge in Android apps development, database structure and application would be advantageous;
• Possess high level of integrity, initiative and sense of urgency;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills;
• Team player who is dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented;
• Strong analytical approach and methodology in problem solving.
