Job description

Role: Engineer/Technician - Projects and Field Support

Work Location: Bangalore (Work from Office/Site)

Work Experience: 3-5 years

Job Purpose & Responsibilities

• Completion of projects end to end – finalisation of vendor, completion of installation as per deadline, and coordination with customer and OEM partners
• Extensive travel across the region and occasionally other regions within India
• Develop new partners for installation, commissioning and site surveys
• Set up pre and post-sales customer support infrastructure: call logging, escalation, deployment of in-house & outsourced engineers in the field, call closure, monitoring of customer SLAs
• Set up post-sales tech support infrastructure: in-depth troubleshooting on 75F hardware & software platforms, root cause analysis reporting, reference library & training tools, remote installations, etc.
• Create infrastructure for providing pre-sales support for site surveys, audits & assisting in project proposals
• Build a service sales team for selling value-added services to existing client base
• Responsible for customer and vendor interactions
• Responsible for site visit and site coordination
• Involved in planning, execution and updates for all daily on-site work
• Work with project engineers to submit proposal and implement technology solution to improve HVAC efficiency
• Maintain and improve the CSAT score

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma/ITI
• 3-5 years relevant work experience
• Experience in HVAC industry for majority of career
• Channel and enterprise experience
• Proven track record of delivering targets consistently
