Job description

To support the Technical Audit function by conducting site-level quality and safety audits, managing QA activities including snag issuance and closure, assisting in quarterly audits across projects, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and organizational quality standards

• Conduct site-level technical audits to identify quality, safety, and execution deviations.
• Record, issue, and monitor quality and safety observations until closure.
• Execute QA activities, including snag identification, tracking, and certification of closures.
• Verify workmanship quality and compliance prior to stage approvals and internal inspections.
• Participate in and support customer handover inspections along with CRM and Facility Management teams.
• Assist Managers in conducting quarterly technical audits across all project sites.
• Review Method Statements and Shop Drawings and highlight technical deviations or risks.
• Verify on-site execution against approved method statements and shop drawings.
• Check compliance with quality standards, safety norms, statutory requirements, and internal SOPs.
• Maintain audit documentation, snag trackers, inspection reports, and closure records with photographic evidence.
• Coordinate with Project, QA/QC, Safety, Planning, CRM, and FM teams for effective closure of audit observations.
• Escalate critical quality and safety non-conformities to reporting managers promptly.
• Support preparation of audit reports, compliance dashboards, and MIS summaries.
• Participate in joint inspections, internal reviews, and readiness assessments for handover and occupancy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing recurring issues, lessons learned, and best practices.
• Compliance & Review-This document shall be reviewed annually or upon significant process change. Non-compliance may attract disciplinary or contractual action.
• Records & Documentation- All audit reports, NCRs, CAPA records, inspection checklists, and approvals shall be retained as per document control procedures
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
