Job summary

Authentic Staffing Agency in Navi Mumbai is seeking an Engineer/Sr. Engineer-EHS to manage safety programs at Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, audits, ISO 45001 compliance, digitizing reporting, training, and stakeholder coordination.

Diploma in Industrial Safety with NEBOSH/IOSH preferred; English mandatory; on-site role in the Mumbai area.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Industrial Safety or higher; govt approved preferred
• NEBOSH/IOSH or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor desirable
• English communication mandatory
• Experience with safety compliance and audits
• Strong stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety KPIs and drive corrective actions
• Conduct safety audits at branches and sites
• Ensure ISO 45001 and local regulations compliance
• Digitize safety reporting, CAPA, and dashboards
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for safety

Responsibilities-

Job Desription

1.Monitor safety KPIs and drive corrective/preventive actions.

2.Conduct branch, customer-site, and service engineer safety audits as per need.

3.Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, company EHS standards, and statutory regulations.

4.Digitize safety reporting, audits, CAPA tracking, and dashboards.

5.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for safety implementation.

6.Ensure 100% safety training and competency development for service personnel.

7.Implement and improve safety procedures, manuals, and management systems.

8.Promote a proactive safety culture through audits, observations, and leadership engagement.
