Job summary

We are seeking a mechanical engineer with strong CNC programming and setting skills for Pune. The candidate should have knowledge of TS 16949, SAFETY, EHS, HIRA and ASPECT-IMPACT, and hands-on experience with tooling and manpower handling. UG Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering is required.

Expect 5-6 years of CNC machining experience and a willingness to manage shop floor activities, equipment setup, and process improvements on site in Pune.

Qualifications

• UG Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–6 years of experience in CNC machining.
• Knowledge of TS 16949, SAFETY, EHS, HIRA, ASPECT-IMPACT.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC machines with strong control over processes.
• Set up machines and fixtures for production runs.
• Supervise tooling usage and manpower on the shop floor.
