Job summary

Hyosungtndindia is seeking an Engineer/Senior Engineer- Primary Design to lead the primary design and engineering activities for high-voltage GIS switchgear. You will interpret specifications, prepare drawings, and ensure compliance with IEC standards.

You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, mentor engineers, and ensure adherence to industry practices and company policies. Strong English communication and design leadership are essential.

Lead the primary design and engineering activities for high-voltage GIS switchgear.

Requirements

B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 6-14 years of experience in high-voltage switchgear or substation engineering.

Strong knowledge of GIS products and IEC standards.

Experience in handling technical queries and troubleshooting GIS equipment.

Background in the substation or switchgear industry is preferred.

Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Expertise in managing and coordinating design teams.

Proficiency in electrical drawing analysis and preparation.
