Job summary

KONE México is looking for a quality-focused professional to document, analyze, and interpret developmental tests for new and modified products, ensuring compliance with quality policies and ISO standards.

The role includes performing inspections, recording results, and writing reports. You will collaborate with the Quality Engineer and Production Supervisor to address issues and contribute to continuous improvement within the manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Familiar with quality policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Ability to communicate quality issues with engineers and supervisors.

What will you be doing?

• Documents, analyzes, performs, and interprets developmental tests for new and/or modified products or product components according to quality policies and procedures.
• Perform product and process inspections as directed.
• Write reports regarding quality measurements, inspections, etc. Record inspection results.
• Communicate with Quality Engineer and Production Supervisor on Quality issues and continuous improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis as necessary to support KONE Corrective Action Program.
• Perform auditing activities of full chain including customer service, engineering, manufacturing, logistics etc.
• Know, respect and make others respect the KONE Quality and Environmental Policy.
• Comply with all ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Comply with all the KONE environmental Aspects.
• Known of all the significant environmental aspects that contribute to the carbon footprint, also support to achieve the goals.
