Job summary

Advik Hi Tech is seeking an engineer to lead design and testing activities in Pune, India. You will create 3D models and 2D drawings using Creo, perform calculations to validate specs, and contribute to prototype testing and documentation.

You will participate in APQP and QG activities, support audits per IATF and OHSAS, and drive ECN processing to ensure design changes are implemented effectively within project timelines.

1. Design & Testing

• Utilize software such as Creo to create 3D models and 2D drawings as a crucial part of the design process.
• Conduct theoretical calculations to ensure that design specifications meet the necessary requirements and standards.

2. Project Execution

• Be an integral part of the design engineering team and effectively execute assigned projects with a strong focus on ensuring high quality outcomes and adherence to project timelines.
• Create prototype samples and provide valuable assistance during the testing phase to validate design concepts.

3. Documentation& Audit

• Prepare Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Quality Gate (QG) documentation to ensure comprehensive control and documentation of project quality.
• Actively participate in audits, including those related to the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) standards.

4. Process Improvement

• Take responsibility for all Engineering Change Notice (ECN) activities, ensuring that design changes are systematically processed and implemented.
