Required Quality Engineer (Fabrication Industry)

A) Fabrication Quality Control & Inspection

• Strong knowledge of bending, cutting, rolling, welding inspection
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings & specifications
• ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Hands-on experience in ISO 9001 documentation, implementation & audits
• Knowledge of quality manuals, SOPs, CAPA, and quality plans
• Problem Solving & PCM / CAPA Handling
• Experience in in-house and customer PCM (Problem Counter Measure)
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective & preventive actions
• Quality Documentation & Record Maintenance
• Maintaining inspection reports, calibration records, rejection analysis
• Statistical quality data recording & reporting

B) Supplier & Incoming Material Quality Control

• Defining raw material quality requirements
• Inspection & testing of incoming/bought-out materials
• Process Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

C) Monitoring manufacturing processes for quality compliance

• Reducing rejection levels through continuous improvement initiatives

D) Auto CAD & Technical Coordination

• AutoCAD knowledge for understanding drawings
• Coordination with production, logistics & customers for quality compliance

Experience : 3 to 5 years in Fabrication Industry

Salary Range : CTC 04.00 to 6.00 Lac / Year
