• Maintain inventory levels and ensure critical spares availability.
• Track consumption trends and optimize stock levels to reduce cost.
• Develop and manage vendor base for MRO supplies.
• Ensure timely PR/PO creation and follow-up for material delivery.
• Maintain records of MRO items, usage, and inventory in ERP system.
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance with quick material supply.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives through alternate sourcing and negotiations.
• Maintain proper storage, identification, and 5S in MRO stores.
• Equipment Spare Parts inventory control and scheduling of Preventive Maintenance
