Sarthee Consultancy in Pune district seeks a technically adept professional to study customer enquiries, coordinate with customers, and translate requirements into technical selections and quotations. The role involves working with suppliers to optimize equipment, standardizing skid ranges, and preparing detailed transfer pricing and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Study and understand technical aspects of customer enquiry (process, parameters, automation logic, skid feasibility).
• Schedule interactions with customers to gather missing enquiry details; visit customer if required.
• Communicate technical requirements to suppliers and select equipment for offer submission.
• Select components and calculate enquiry requirements based on process needs; interact with suppliers for optimization.
• Prepare costing and technical quotations; submit transfer price to Engineering and DGM Sales & Marketing.
• Engage with personnel at Solutions locations or HQ to understand skid range for offers.
• Standardize the skid ranges and release transfer prices for List Price to Sales.
• Understand and finalize the technical specifications of an order.
• Communicate final specifications to suppliers for order processing and final equipment selection.
• Select and calculate components; obtain final offers after discussing requirements with suppliers.
• Support Manager-Project & Engineering in selecting techno-commercially competent suppliers.
• Support in preparing the project schedule for submission to the customer.

Job description

To study & understand all technical aspects (process, parameters provided by customer, logic of the automation, feasibility of the enquiry against available range of skid available with us) of the enquiry from customer.

To schedule an interaction with customer for further understanding of the enquiry details provided by customer & also to seek more details to know all required enquiry details. If required visit customer towards understanding of the enquiry

To communicate technical requirements of an enquiry to suppliers & selection of different equipments, instruments & components towards offer submission to customer.

To work on the selection of the different components, calculation of the enquiry requirements based on the process requirements. To interact with suppliers for optimization of different equipment.

To work on the costing & technical quotations of the enquiry & submit Engineering transfer price to Manager Engineering & DGM Sales & Marketing

To interact with concern persons (at different Solutions locations or Head Quarters as & when required) to understand the technical aspects of range of skids towards offer submission to customer

To work on the standardization of the different range of skids available with us & release the transfer price to Manager Engineering & DGM Sales & Marketing for release of List Price to Sales

To understand & work on the final technical specifications of an order

To communicate final technical specifications to suppliers for further order processing. based on which work on the final selection of the equipments & different components.

To work on the selection & calculations of the different components, equipment’s, to seek final offers from suppliers after discussing the final technical requirements with suppliers

To support Manager-Project & Engineering for selection of the techno-commercially competent suppliers

To support Manager-Project & Engineering for preparation of Project Schedule for submission to customer
