Job summary

Vertiv Co in Pune, India, is seeking a Packaging Engineer to design, develop, validate, and optimize packaging solutions that protect products and support cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainability.

You will collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, marketing, procurement, logistics, and suppliers to prepare packaging specs, drawings, BOMs, and instructions, while evaluating materials for performance and recyclability and ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in packaging/engineering and related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in packaging or manufacturing engineering.
• Basic knowledge of packaging materials (corrugated, plastics, foams, wood, etc.).
• Familiarity with packaging test standards (ISTA, ASTM preferred).
• Working knowledge of CAD tools (Creo is preferable) and documentation practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Role Summary

Required Qualifications
