Technical Operations and ManagementOversee all engineering operations and technical activities.Ensure the efficient and reliable operation of machinery, equipment, and systems.Develop and implement maintenance schedules and operating procedures.Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot technical problems.Ensure minimum downtime and maximum operational efficiency.2. Maintenance and RepairsPlan and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.Diagnose equipment failures and coordinate repair activities.Ensure timely servicing, inspection, and replacement of equipment.Maintain maintenance records, technical logs, and reports.Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.3. Team Leadership and SupervisionLead, train, and supervise engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel.Assign duties, establish work priorities, and monitor performance.Conduct technical training and safety briefings.Ensure proper coordination between engineering and other departments.Evaluate staff performance and support professional development.4. Project Planning and ImplementationPlan and supervise equipment installation, upgrades, and modernization.Evaluate technical proposals and engineering designs.Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and contractors.Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety.Ensure commissioning, testing, and handover of completed projects.7. Documentation and ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly engineering reports.Maintain equipment history, maintenance schedules, and inspection records.Report equipment performance, breakdowns, costs, and operational risks to management.Develop standard operating procedures and technical documentation.Recommend improvements to systems and engineering processes.8.
