Reliance Infrastructure is seeking an Engineer - Instrumentation Maintenance to perform workshop maintenance activities at site, plan instrumentation maintenance, and ensure compliance with policies and statutory requirements.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of codes/standards, and strong communication and analytical skills. You will coordinate with planning and plant teams, manage spares, and support in troubleshooting and repairs.

Mansioni

• Conduct day to day activities and follow all relevant policies, processes, SOPs and maintenance procedures.
• Develop test procedures and formats; standardize best practices and group guidelines for instrumentation system improvement.
• Workshop maintenance planning: assist in budget inputs and optimization of resources.
• Create maintenance schedules daily, weekly and monthly with planning and plant maintenance teams.
• Ensure maintenance KPIs of workshop instrumentation are met on a regular basis.
• Perform critical instrumentation maintenance activities while ensuring highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with other functions and follow up for external repairs; oversee instrument equipment at site areas.
• Perform planned turnaround and shutdown services for instrumentation equipment and systems; ensure timely maintenance, testing and calibration.
• Assist in inventory management of spare parts for instrumentation systems; track inventory and availability of critical spares.
• Support in troubleshooting critical problems and perform repair/refurbishment of instrumentation equipment/components.
• Prepare documentation related to compliance audits and support adherence to statutory, HSE compliance and trainings.
• Prepare repair and test records, MIS, and reporting documents related to instrumentation maintenance.

• Policies, Processes and Procedures -
• Conduct day to day activities & follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating and maintenance procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Keep self abreast with leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures
• Develop test procedures and formats; Standardize and implement best practices and group guidelines for instrumentation system improvement
• Workshop Maintenance Planning -
• Assist in preparation of workshop instrumentation maintenance cost and budgeting and provide inputs for optimization of resources and planning
• Create maintenance schedules at a daily, weekly and monthly basis for instrumentation activities in coordination with planning and plant maintenance teams
• Ensure maintenance KPIs of workshop instrumentation are met on a regular basis
• Workshop Maintenance Operations -
• Perform critical instrumentation maintenance activities while ensuring adherence to highest quality standards
• Coordinate with other functions and follow up for external repairs; Oversee maintenance of related instrumentation equipment at site common areas
• Perform planned turnaround and shutdown services performed on instrumentation equipment and systems to ensure they are maintained, tested and calibrated timely
• Assist in inventory management of spare parts related to instrumentation systems, including identification of spare parts, tracking inventory levels, inspection of received materials, and support availability and standardization of critical spares
• Support in troubleshooting critical problems, as well as perform repair and refurbishment of instrumentation equipment/ components
• Compliance & Documentation -
• Prepare documentation related to compliance audit and support in ensuring adherence to statutory, HSE compliance, including RESOP, , CASHe, HSEF mandatory trainings, etc.
• Prepare repair and test records, MIS, and reporting documents related to instrumentation system maintenance and update the same in a timely manner

Engineer Maintenance Inst - Jetty Maintenance

Education Requirement :

• Necessary: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology (Instrumentation/ Electronics stream) or a Master's degree in Engineering/ Technology (Instrumentation/ Electronics stream) (Preferred)

Experience Requirement :

• Necessary: - 1-3 years of experience for degree in industrial / Instrument workshop maintenance field
• Knowledge of various codes and standards
• Domain Knowledge of Instrumentation Engineering
• Good communication, reporting and interpersonal skill.
• Analytical thinking ability for planning.
• Self motivated
