Job summary

Aequs Private Limited in Belagavi, Karnataka, seeks an Engineer / Lead Engineer – Project Management to sustain and grow strategic accounts. You will drive CSAT through up-selling and cross-selling of the manufacturing portfolio (Machining, Sheet metal & Assemblies) and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on-time results.

Responsibilities include coordinating PO processes, regular customer communications, OTIF tracking, risk analyses, and adherence to QMS standards.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical or Industrial Production.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in key account management and project coordination.
• Exposure to aerospace domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand PO receipt and acknowledgement processes.
• Schedule updates with customers via daily/weekly communications.
• Prepare monthly newsletters as applicable.
• Review and update project deliveries across accounts.
• Coordinate and participate in customer meetings, visits and audits.
• Track OTIF and customer scorecards per QMS.
• Manage OTIF per QMS by parts/lines weekly and monthly.
• Resolve issues between departments and customers during scoping.
• Conduct daily huddles and update revenue plans/forecasts.
• Perform risk analysis and track actions daily.
• Ensure adherence to QMS on all projects within the account.
• Comply with Aequs policies and timelines.
• Manage daily activities through SAP PS & SD modules.
• Track projects through plans for on-time FAIs (NPD).
• Follow KRAs set by manager.

Overall Functional Scope

To sustain and grow Aequs presence in a strategic account. Need to increase Aequs’ share with the account (if non-exclusive relationship) through continuous improvement of \"customer delight\" (CSAT) by up selling and cross selling Aequs manufacturing portfolio (Machining, Sheet metal & Assemblies)

Reporting To

Head – Project Management

Responsibilities

• 1) Understanding the process of receiving PO and acknowledgement.


• 2)Schedules updates with customers through periodic (Daily/ Weekly) communications.


• 3)Monthly newsletters as applicable.


• 4)Review and Update of project deliveries.


• 5)Co-ordinate and participate in all customer meetings, visits and audits.


• 6)Coordinate & track OTIF, customer score card and customer satisfaction surveys as per QMS.


• 7)Manage OTIF as per QMS by means of tracking no. of parts or lines delivered on weekly / monthly basis.


• 8)Resolve issues that arise between the departments and customer, while contracting or scoping the project w.r.t material, technical issues, logistics, and quality issues.


• 9)Conduct daily huddle meetings and update revenue plans & forecasts.


• 10)Conduct risk analysis and track actions on a daily basis.


• 11)Ensure adherence to QMS standards for all projects delivered in the account.


• 12)Comply with all Aequs policies and processes and related timelines.


• 13)Manage daily activities through SAP PS & SD Module


• 14)Able to track project through project plan for on time completion of FAIs (New Product Development).


• 15)Should be able to follow the KRAs set by his / her manager

Skill Sets

Key Account Management, Project Management, Communication, Team leading & other soft skills, MS Office and SAP.

Experience

3 to 6 Years.

Educational Background

BE – Mechanical / Industrial Production. PMP certification would be an added advantage. Preferred Industry: Aerospace.
