Job description

Engineer - IP Verification

Provide verification support to design projects by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon IP designs. Develop test cases/Stimulus to increase functional coverage for all DRAM and emerging memory architectures and features. Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors using simulation tools and run regressions for coverage analysis and improvements. Co‑work with international colleagues on developing new verification flows to tackle challenges in DRAM and emerging memory design. Participate in developing verification methodology and verification environments for advanced DRAM and emerging memory products.

Required Qualifications:

• Good understanding of analog/mixed‑signal circuits.
• Experience in Analog and Mixed Signal Verification, and familiarity with tools such as Virtuoso, PrimeSim, FinSim, HSPICE, Xcellium, Simvision, and WaveView.
• Hands‑on experience writing Verilog Models, including Verilog‑A/MS; experience writing RVM models is encouraged.
• Hands‑on experience building SPICE testbenches at block and full‑chip level; experience building a CO‑SIM/mixed‑signal verification environment is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience in SV, UVM‑based verification and in writing SV/PSL assertions. Good scripting skills using Perl or Python are a plus.
• Previous work experience in DRAM memory related fields is a plus.
• Must possess strong communication, debugging skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
• Should be proactive in exploring and leveraging AI‑related tools in day‑to‑day tasks.

Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in AMS/mixed‑signal design verification with a Bachelors or Post‑Graduate degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering field.
