Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Engineer - Infrastructure Services to develop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI, and to build intuitive dashboards with React/TypeScript. You will deploy cloud-native applications on Azure and AWS, and integrate monitoring, logs, metrics, and alerts to ensure reliability.

You will work with AI/ML teams on agentic workflows, implement CI/CD, and contribute to production readiness in a hybrid work model at Genpact India.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant engineering or IT field.
• Strong knowledge of Python and backend frameworks.
• Experience building scalable backend microservices and APIs.

Job Description

Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python / FastAPI. Build intuitive operational dashboards using React / TypeScript. Develop and deploy cloud-native applications across Azure / AWS. Integrate monitoring platforms, logs, metrics, APIs, webhooks, alerts, and infrastructure signals. Build event-driven and real-time alert processing workflows. Develop microservices, containerized workloads, and serverless components. Work with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent and agentic workflows. Support production reliability, performance, scalability, and operational readiness. Implement CI/CD, logging, monitoring, health checks, and automated deployment practices.
