Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Analyst - Data Engineering to design and ship scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Python and FastAPI. You will develop dashboards with React/TypeScript and deploy cloud-native apps on Azure and AWS, contributing to AI/ML integration and reliable production systems.

You will work in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment, collaborating with AI/ML teams and SRE to ensure performance, observability, and incident readiness, while implementing CI/CD,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science.
• Masters degree in Data Science or Analytics is a plus.
• Experience with building backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python / FastAPI.
• Build intuitive operational dashboards using React / TypeScript.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications across Azure / AWS.
• Integrate monitoring platforms, logs, metrics, APIs, webhooks, alerts, and infrastructure signals.
• Build event-driven and real-time alert processing workflows.
• Develop microservices, containerized workloads, and serverless components.
• Work with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent and agentic workflows.
• Support production reliability, performance, scalability, and operational readiness.
• Implement CI/CD, logging, monitoring, health checks, and automated deployment practices.
