Job summary

Genpact is hiring for an Engineer - Infrastructure Services N to design and deploy scalable backend services and cloud-native apps. The role focuses on Python-based APIs, React dashboards, and integration with Azure/AWS while supporting reliability and scalability across production systems.

You will work with AI/ML teams, implement CI/CD, and manage monitoring and incident response in a hybrid work environment in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degrees in relevant IT fields are required.
• Blockchain Technology & Management certification is noted.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python / FastAPI.
• Build intuitive operational dashboards using React / TypeScript.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications across Azure / AWS.
• Integrate monitoring platforms, logs, metrics, APIs, webhooks, alerts, and infrastructure signals.
• Build event-driven and real-time alert processing workflows.
• Develop microservices, containerized workloads, and serverless components.
• Work with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent workflows.

Job Description

Develop microservices, containerized workloads, and serverless components. Work with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent and agentic workflows. Support production reliability, performance, scalability, and operational readiness. Implement CI/CD, logging, monitoring, health checks, and automated deployment practices.

Python, FastAPI / Flask React, JavaScript / TypeScript REST APIs, Webhooks, Microservices Azure / AWS cloud development Docker, Kubernetes Terraform / Infrastructure as Code Git, Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions / CI-CD SQL / NoSQL databases Azure Functions / AWS Lambda / serverless development New Relic, Datadog, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch or similar Understanding of SRE concepts, SLIs, SLOs, availability, reliability and incident management Experience with distributed systems and production troubleshooting preferred.
