Job summary

Vaisesika in Bengaluru (Hybrid) seeks an Engineer III – Control Software with 6–10 years of hands-on experience to design and implement robust software for control systems. You will work on embedded C++, firmware, and Windows desktop apps using MFC and Qt, ensuring reliable operation in industrial environments.

You will collaborate with hardware and software teams, participate in Agile Scrum/SAFe, perform unit testing with GTest/GMock, and integrate legacy COM/MFC components with modern modules.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C++ and Firmware Development.
• Experience with Windows application development using MFC and Qt.
• Hands-on experience with GTest/GMock or similar unit testing frameworks.
• Understanding of PLC-based systems and industrial communication.
• Basic knowledge of IO-Link, OPC UA, Modbus, or Ethernet-based protocols.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
• Experience in integrating legacy COM/MFC applications with modern software components.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills in desktop/control software.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum/SAFe environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
