Job summary

Insight is seeking a Networking Senior Engineer specializing in Cisco ISE to design, implement, and maintain enterprise ISE networks across multiple sites. You will manage 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, EAP frameworks, and ensure secure, scalable identity management while mentoring junior engineers.

The role emphasizes architecture, deployment models, security policies, and close collaboration with security and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Minimum 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Cisco ISE design, implementation, and administration
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale, multi-site ISE deployments
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco ISE architecture, components, and deployment models
• Proficiency in network access control (NAC) concepts and implementation
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, EAP‑TLS, PEAP)
• Experience with network switches, wireless controllers, and endpoint devices
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and identity management systems
• Proficiency in command-line interfaces and scripting (Python, Bash preferred)
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise Cisco ISE architectures, deployment models, network access control strategies, security policies, and detailed technical documentation.
• Lead multi-site Cisco ISE installation and configuration, including 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, EAP, segmentation, posture, guest access, and BYOD frameworks.
• Troubleshoot escalated ISE issues, perform root cause analysis, optimize performance and high availability, conduct capacity planning, and support compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and application teams, mentor junior engineers, maintain knowledge documentation, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

About The Role

As a Networking Senior Engineer - Cisco ISE Specialization, you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise‑grade Cisco Identity Services Engine network access and identity management solutions. What We’re Looking For
