People like you.Visit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await!**Job Description:*** Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing clustered HPC systems and develop strategies to enhance performance, scalability, and utilization.* Serve as a primary technical contact for HPC end users, providing guidance on running simulations and promoting best practices across the user community.* Design, write, and maintain software to drive, tune, and monitor EDA workloads within the HPC grid.* Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation related to HPC infrastructure and EDA workflows.* Research emerging software and systems technologies to support recommendations and purchasing decisions.* Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure secure, stable, and optimized HPC operations.**Requirements/Qualifications:*** Minimum of **2.5 - 5****years of experience** in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or High-Performance Computing.* Hands-on experience with HPC system software and cluster management tools, including job schedulers such as **LSF, SGE, RTDA**, or similar.* Strong proficiency with **Unix/Linux** operating systems and file systems.* Fundamental programming and scripting skills using **Bash, Perl, Python, Tcl, and/or C/C++**.* Experience with **Electronic Design Automation (EDA)** tools and suites from **Cadence, Synopsys, and Siemens**.* Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence frameworks (e.g.,LLM, TensorFlow) is a plus.* Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership for complex, large-scale computing projects.* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently identify and resolve HPC grid issues.* Ability to define and implement processes that maintain system performance and promote best practices.* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.* Proven ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with team members.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.**Travel Time:**0% - 25%
