Job summary

Copeland in Pune, India is seeking an Engineer I Process to create, develop and manage BOM elements for refrigeration hardware. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate parts data and timely changes.

You should have a Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Production engineering and hands-on experience with PLM (Teamcenter) and BOM management. Proficiency in Excel and documentation is essential to support design and manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • Strong BOM and engineering change process knowledge.
  • Experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter) and Oracle Engineering.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.
  • Strong cross-functional interaction across departments.
  • Ability to deliver accurate BOMs within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and manage BOM elements accurately and timely.
  • Review ECOs and update BOMs as required.
  • Coordinate with departments to finalize BOM content.
  • Ensure BOM parts are correctly structured in BOM markup.
  • Generate engineering project documents and drawings.
  • Produce basic design and arrangement drawings.
