Responsibilities
- Allocates work to workers on daily basis.
- Ensures completeness of all operations as per organization’s quality standards.
- Supervises work and resolves issues related to work and manpower.
- Maintains records related to production, ensuring work pack completeness and FIR of all ready items.
- Co-ordination with other functions for timely delivery and ensuring completeness.
- Maintains 5S in Feeder shop and ensures ISO/OHSAS compliance.
