Job summary

Advenser Engineering Services seeks an experienced Engineer - Façade to join our growing team. You will specialize in 2D AutoCAD drafting and façade detailing, preparing shop drawings for Curtain Wall, Storefront, Doors, and Windows systems, and interpreting architectural/structural drawings to meet project timelines.

With 2–8 years of relevant experience and an Any Degree, you will collaborate across engineering teams, maintain accurate drawings, and ensure compliance with client and quality

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting for façade projects.
• Hands-on experience in preparing shop drawings for Curtain Wall, Storefront, Doors and Windows systems.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of Revit or Autodesk Inventor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D shop drawings for Curtain Wall, Storefront, Doors, and Windows systems using AutoCAD.
• Review architectural, structural, and project drawings to produce detailed shop drawings.
• Ensure drawings meet client requirements and project specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve drafting queries and raise RFIs when needed.
• Maintain project documentation and revisions throughout the lifecycle.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engineer - Façade to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in 2D AutoCAD drafting and façade detailing, with hands-on experience in preparing shop drawings for Curtain Wall, Storefront, Doors, and Windows systems. The role requires the ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings, deliver high-quality drawings within project timelines, and collaborate effectively with internal engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D shop drawings for Curtain Wall, Storefront, Doors, and Windows systems using AutoCAD.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and project specification drawings to produce detailed shop drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with client requirements, project specifications, and company quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to resolve design and drafting queries.
• Review project documents and raise RFIs (Requests for Information) wherever clarification is required.
• Perform self-quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Deliver assigned work within project schedules while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support successful project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications

• Any Degree
• 3-7 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting for façade projects.
• Hands-on experience in preparing shop drawings for Curtain Wall, Storefront, Doors, and Windows systems.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of Revit or Autodesk Inventor will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, drafting standards, and façade detailing practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver quality work within project deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
