Job summary

Sangreen Future Renewables is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Lead for wind EPC projects across PAN INDIA. You will manage construction activities at project sites, including substations and transmission lines up to 220/400 kV, ensure adherence to schedules, and coordinate closely with clients and handover processes.

Ideal candidate has 3-5 years of EPC wind project experience and is available for nationwide deployments.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage all electrical construction/execution activities at project sites.
• Experience with substations up to 220/400 kV and transmission lines up to 220/400 kV.
• Strong coordination with clients and timely execution as per schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction/execution at project sites for EPC wind projects.
• Prepare and follow construction planning schedules to ensure efficient task completion.
• Coordinate with clients and manage HOTO (Handing Over Taking Over) processes.

Requirements

• Should be able to lead and manage all electrical construction/execution activities at project sites related to:
  • Substations (up to voltage level 220 kV / 400 kV)
  • Transmission Lines (up to voltage level 220 kV / 400 kV)
  • 33 kV Unit Substations
  • 33 kV Transmission Lines
  • SCADA (OFC Works) Laying, stringing, splicing, and testing of OFC cables
• Must ensure timely execution of electrical works as per project schedules, technical specifications, and design requirements.
• Should be capable of preparing and following construction planning schedules to execute tasks efficiently.
• Strong coordination skills with the client are essential.
• Should be well aware of the HOTO (Handing Over Taking Over) process. Role & responsibilities
