Drainage / Hydrology Engineer. Postgraduate in Hydrology / Environmental Engineering (or equivalent) with 5-10 years of proven experience delivering end-to-end drainage design solutions across urban, industrial, highway, airport, seaport, and railway projects. Demonstrated ability to independently plan, model, and optimize stormwater systems, from catchment analysis and concept stage through to detailed design and GFC deliverables. Strong experience in technical reporting, BOQs, cost estimation, and tender documentation, ensuring accuracy and constructability. Capable of reviewing and challenging client/contractor submissions, resolving design conflicts, and driving timely approvals with complete and coordinated deliverables.
