Job summary

Rehlko in India is seeking a Design Engineer to provide engineering design support in the generator domain using CAD tools like Creo Illustrate. You will manage projects individually or in teams, ensuring timelines and quality across business units.

Key responsibilities include analyzing project requests, planning solutions for large projects, handling small projects independently, and contributing to SPD tasks while prioritizing work with managers and ensuring documentation and data management

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma with substantial relevant experience as listed.

Position Title: Design Engineer.

Department: Industrial Engineering

BASIC FUNCTION

Provide Engineering Design support to business units by applying best practices in CAD Design in the domain of Generator. Managing projects individually as well as in a team environment by ensuring timeline and quality requirements from business units.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and analyze project request through proper channel, and estimate the scope, timelines and any other specific requirements.
• Should be able to assist in planning and coming up with solutions for large projects.
• Should be able to independently handle small individual projects.
• Should be able to work on SPD Tasks/projects.

• Product Knowledge, Creo Illustrate, CAD and other software tools.
• Should have work experience/ knowledge in the CAD tool (Creo).
• Should be able to work on PLM (preferably Windchill) and data management systems.
• Should be able to work on ERP (preferably SAP) systems under manager’s guidance.
