Job summary

Reliance Industries Limited is seeking an Engineer for the CBM Control Center to ensure smooth operation and coordination between Gas Gathering Stations and the pipeline operator. The role requires monitoring of GGS, wells, and pipelines, with focus on deviations and optimization decisions.

You will coordinate with pigging teams, RGPL, and emergency response planning, while producing daily MIS and ensuring CCR efficiency.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of oil & gas operation codes & standards.
• Minimum 3 years of upstream oil/gas experience in E&P, petchem or refinery sectors.
• Exposure to SCADA, DCS panel operation.
• Involvement in plant shutdowns and startup activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring GGS, pipeline and wells parameters and highlighting deviations.
• Deciding pump performance optimization, choke size optimization, and pigging frequency.
• Expertise in monitoring and control of wells, pipelines and GGS units.
• Ensuring timely incident reporting and analysis.
• Coordinating with pigging and wellhead teams during pigging and upset situations.
• Coordinating with RGPL team for sale pipeline/gas quality issues.
• Coordinating emergency response planning for CBM operations.
• Preparing and approving daily MIS for production and PRA.
• Ensuring smooth CCR operation and reporting.
• Maintaining timely MIS.

• Monitoring GGS / pipeline / wells parameter on regular basis & highlight deviation if any observed
• Decision for pump performance optimization, choke size optimization, pigging frequency optimization etc.
• Expertise in the area of monitoring & control of wells, pipeline & GGS units
• Ensuring timely report of all incidents & analysis of these incidents.
• Coordination with pigging & wellhead team during pigging & upset if any
• Coordination with RGPL team for sale pipeline / gas quality issue if any
• Coordinate for Emergency response planning for whole CBM operations
• Preparing & approving daily MIS for production / PRA
• Smooth CCR operation & reporting
• Timely MIS

Skills Required:

Key Attributes:
