Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Hyderabad seeks an AI/ML engineer to develop and deploy models for design validation, process optimization, and simulation acceleration.

You will help build intelligent assistants for engineers and automate workflows across design, routing, and manufacturing data. The role requires hands-on ML experience, Python scripting, and familiarity with data analytics, pipelines, and predictive modeling, with a preference for semiconductor packaging or related domains.

Additional/Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in semiconductor packaging or ASIC/DRAM/NAND domains
• Exposure to digital twins or physics-informed ML
• Experience building engineering-focused AI tools or platforms

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Semiconductor Engineering
