Job description

Environmental Management System :-

• Operational control of ETP, STP and RO plant
• Environmental Lab. Management [Air (Stack & Ambient Air), Water and Hazardous Waste]
• Liasioning with CPCB, SPCB, MoEF and DoEF w.r.t NOC, CCA and ECC.
• Hazardous Waste Management (Process waste, Biomedical Waste, Bulk Batteries, Electronic Waste and other trade wastes and Scrapes) including Submission of Manifest (Form No.13) and other data to SPCB, DoEF and MoEF
• Preparation and Submission of Environmental Audit Report and its compliance.
• EMS audit as per system (ISO: 14001) requirement
• Compliances of all applicable Environmental Acts, Rules, Notifications and Orders etc.
• Submission of ECC/NOC/CCA Compliance Report, Form 4 (Return of Hazardous Waste), Form V (Env. Statement), Water Cess Return, CREP follow up and Submission of other documents time to time asked by authorities.
• EIA, Preparation of EMP and its regular Review and Revision.
• Daily and monthly MIS.
• Maintaining all documents and records relating to EMS – ISO:14000/14001
• Legal and statutory compliance to Environmental Laws.
• Liasioning with Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board/Gujarat Pollution Control Board.
• Preparation of SOP, WI & Environment procedure & Manual and their training.
• Operation of three stages ETP and RO Plant.
• Monitoring and Complete Analysis of Water & Waste Water.
• Management of Air Pollution control Systems.
• Stack & Ambient Air Monitoring and their Analysis and Fugitive emission monitoring.
• Liasioning with state Pollution Control Board regarding NOC & CCA.
• Liasioning with MoEF & DoEF regarding EIA and ECs.
• Management and Handling of Hazardous Waste and other Trade Waste as per status.
• Flow measurement of drains.
• Installed online ambient air monitoring system operation and data logging.
• Installed online opacity meter /Gas analyzers stack monitoring system and data logging.

Safety Management System :-

• HIRA, JSA, HAZOP and HAZAN.
• Preparation of Safety Manuals, SOP and WI.
• Statutory Safety Audit, General Safety Audit and Internal Audit as per OHSAS Requirement.
• Implementing sound system for "Permit to work".
• Conducting various Safety promotional activities.
• Procurement of PPE’s as per hazard analysis
• Accident Investigation, Analysis and Reporting along with Corrective and Preventive Action.
• Fire Safety Management including Refilling and testing of fire extinguishers.
• Emergency Planning & Preparedness, Preparing On-Site Emergency Action Plan and Mock Drill,
• Safety Committee Meeting, Safety Coordinators meeting and other meetings w.r.t. HSE
• Compliances of all Applicable Health and Safety Related Acts, Rules and Notifications etc.
• Preparation of Training Modules and Training to all employee including contractual workers.
• Procurement of PPEs, FFEs and training for their Safe used & maintenance (including SCBA Set).
• Work Env. Monitoring (using gas detectors), Personal Sampling, Monitoring of Illumination &Noise
