The role involves coordinating with engineering and suppliers to finalise tooling concepts and manage development activities. The ideal candidate should have a mechanical engineering background and familiarity with AutoCAD and SAP-like ERP software.

• Familiar with Design & Development activities workflow.

Responsibilities

• Get input from PMO & Engineering related to projects.
• Finalise tooling/mould concepts with suppliers.
• Send RFQ & coordinate quotes from approved vendors.
• Monitor development activities to meet customer milestones.

Work Experience

2-3 Years’ Experience, preferably in Sheet Metal Tools & Plastic Moulds. B.E. (Mechanical) [or] D.M.E. [or] Diploma in Tool & DieMaking with Tooling & New Development Exposure.

What you’ll do at Aditya

• Getting Input from PMO & Engineering related to the project.
• Discuss & Finalise the tooling/mould/gauges, and fixtures concepts with suppliers & stakeholders.
• Sending the RFQ & coordinating to get the quotes from approved vendors/suppliers.
• Part Approval & handover for regular production.
• Tooling/Moulds/Fixtures & Gauges approval and handover for regular production.

Here’s what we are looking for

• Coordinate the Supplier Finalisation activities.
• Coordinate PR / PO releasing activities with stakeholders.
• Getting MFR, Approval & Sign-Off of MFR with Engineering & NPD-QA.
• Monitor & Follow up the development activities with vendors in line with the development Timeline to meet customer milestones.

You bring to Aditya

• Understand the Engineering Drawing & GD&T.
• Understanding the Tooling, Fixture & Gauge requirements for Window Regulator, Latch & Motor parts.
• Familiar with the Design & Development activities workflow
• Familiar with AutoCAD / Catia / Pro-E / Solid Works.
• Familiar with MS Office Tools.
• Familiar Email Etiquette
• Exposure to SAP-likeERP software
