Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Application Support Engineer to monitor and maintain performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers on fixes. The role includes documenting procedures and training end-users on application functionality, in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

You will engage in testing and deployment of updates, ensuring security and data protection policies are followed. This position offers day shifts in India with opportunities for growth within Genpact's AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Master's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
