Job summary

Copeland in India is seeking a qualified professional to drive new product qualification and application development across North and East India, coordinating with plant, engineering and customers to resolve issues and deliver samples.

You will provide heat load calculations, select system components, support sales offers, and assist with post-installation support, training customers and handling field problems with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in new product qualification and application development.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, plant and engineering.
• Experience handling heat load calculations and technical documentation.
• Willingness to train customers and support field issues.

Responsibilities

• New Product Qualification – OEM/SSI OEMs for North & East India.
• Coordinate with sales for samples and delivery; evaluate by customers.
• Handle customer line/field issues and post-field testing.
• Provide heat load calculations and component selection support.
• Assist collateral preparation and product promotion activities.
