Rotex Automation Limited in Anand, Gujarat, is seeking a production planning and shop-floor supervision professional. The role centers on creating daily and weekly production plans, smart manpower allocation, and ensuring smooth implementation on the shop floor.

You will monitor productivity and RFT data, drive continuous improvements with Kanban, 5S, and Kaizen, and work with ERP and MS Office tools to coordinate operations and report outcomes.

Formación

• Proven knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement.
• Experience in planning and productivity analysis is preferred.
• Exposure to shop-floor supervision and ERP-based production control.

Responsabilidades

• Assembly Department Planning – Prepare daily and weekly production plans and ensure their effective implementation on the shop floor.
• Manpower Management – Efficiently manage and allocate manpower as per production requirements.
• Productivity Monitoring & Analysis – Monitor productivity data and analyze performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• RFT Monitoring & Analysis – Monitor Right First Time (RFT) performance and analyze data to reduce rejection and rework.
• Process Improvement Knowledge – Good knowledge of Kanban, 5S, Why-Why Analysis, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement techniques.
• Ownership & Initiative – Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively initiate improvements.
• Shop Floor Supervision – Supervise day-to-day shop floor activities and ensure smooth production operations.
• ERP Knowledge – Working knowledge of ERP systems for production and operational activities.
• MS Office Knowledge – Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
• Creativity & Teamwork – Creative, proactive, and a good team player with effective coordination and communication skills.
