Job summary

ESP Engineered is seeking a skilled Design Engineer to work on powertrain components in Bengaluru, India. The role requires experience in CREO and CATIA for 3D/2D design, as well as knowledge of PLM software like PTC Windchill. You will be responsible for conducting failure analysis, design calculations, and collaborating on CAD layouts. Qualifications

• Good experience in CREO / CATIA in 3D/2D and assembly and interface handling for powertrain
• Good basic knowledge in design and design calculation
• Knowledge on PLM software like PTC Windchill
• Conduct DFMEA / DFM / DFA / DFS
• Conduct benchmarking and arrive design insights
• Identify quality, cost and weight gap against targets
• Study product definition and prepare design input sheet
• Knowledge on intellectual property (IP)
