Job summary

Capgemini Chennai is seeking a detail-oriented data governance professional to review, analyze and maintain product data standards. You will work with 3P SaaS solutions and Master Data applications, creating and maintaining dashboards and reports that reflect impact, progress and status.

Responsibilities

• STEP Data Model – Product Content hierarchy, attributes, values, relationships, etc.
• Triggered by category assortment maintenance & expansion
• Includes impact of and to SaaS solution; syndicated copy, 3P requests
• Knowledge and visibility of SaaS solution and data
• Includes impact of syndicated content on STEP data
• BU & Vendor support & requests – Fresh Desk Tickets
• Resolve issues within the data model; audits, backfill
• Data Governance – Product Content within STEP
• Additional Attribution Hierarchy (Collections)
• Attribution completeness & cleansing; unused, orphan
• Publishing – Product Content Publishing to customer facing applications
• Mapping to Web Taxonomy; alias, Generation of data rules; Swatches, logos, data transformation, conditional rules, calculated, etc.
• Special Projects – As required
• Testing new & existing Data Governance functionality as required by Product Owners

Job description

For each of these areas the individual will need to review request, research, analyze, create, maintain and report on impact, progress and overall status. Reporting may include creation and automation of dashboards. Analysis will require the use of 3P SaaS solution, AI tools and Master Data applications. Per job description the expectation is this individual will engage with internal and external resources to obtain necessary information and make decisions related to these activities. This is an individual who has attention to detail and excels in establishing product data standards.
