Responsibilities

• Own and lead large-scale P&C Insurance engagements across programs and accounts.
• Manage 100–150 professionals including delivery managers and architects.
• Act as trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders and drive strategic discussions.
• Own engagement governance, delivery performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Lead large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives across P&C operations.
• Manage P&L / RPF / REF and commercial responsibilities associated with the engagement/account.
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, expansion opportunities and identification of new business opportunities.

P&C Insurance Experience: 15+ Years

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 20+ years of overall IT/technology/services experience.
• 15+ years of strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience.
• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager, Delivery Manager, Delivery Director, Account Delivery Lead, or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Experience managing 100-150+ member teams.
• Strong experience in P&C Insurance business processes and operations.
• Experience managing large and complex transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of engagement governance, delivery management, financial management, and P&L ownership.
• Experience managing RPF/REF/commercial metrics and account financials.
• Strong customer relationship and escalation-management skills.
• Experience working with mid-size and large enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and executive stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic and transformational leader, rather than only as a project/program manager.
• Insurance Platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead large-scale P&C Insurance engagements across multiple programs, accounts, and delivery functions.
• Manage and provide leadership to 100-150+ professionals, including delivery managers, project managers, architects, business analysts, and technical teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders, building strong executive relationships and driving strategic discussions.
• Own overall engagement governance, delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Lead large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives across P&C insurance operations.
• Manage P&L / RPF / REF and commercial responsibilities associated with the engagement/account.
