Job summary

Aggne is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager in Hyderabad to lead strategic client engagements in property & casualty IT solutions. The role focuses on relationship management, program delivery across offshore and onshore teams, and ensuring client satisfaction through robust governance and risk management.

The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years in IT, with 5+ years in COTS or account management, deep Duck Creek expertise, and strong communication, negotiation, and PM skills.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in IT with at least 5 years in COTS solution implementation or account management.
• In-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.
• Familiarity with any P&C system architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance industry processes and workflows.
• Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Customer Development: work with customer leadership to develop long-term strategy and identify opportunities for Aggne.
• Coordination and Facilitation: define, schedule and facilitate customer meetings and interactions.
• Client Satisfaction: ensure client expectations are met and exceeded in delivery and communication.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices.
• Reporting and Analysis: provide regular reporting and analysis of project performance to leadership.
• Collaboration: collaborate with onshore and offshore resources for delivery.
• Manage Project Risks, Issues and Dependencies: ensure risks and dependencies are managed and issues resolved.
• Monitoring: monitor production support and issues ensuring timely resolution.
• Governance: ensure PM base principles and Agile processes are followed; vendor management with Duck Creek or other vendors.
• Project Planning: develop plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Proposals: work with sales to create proposals and SOWs.

• Monitoring: The Senior Delivery Manager should be monitoring and managing production support and issues and ensuring that they are being resolved in a timely fashion
• Governance: Ensure that project management base principles are met, and Agile processes are being followed Vendor Management: Work with Duck Creek and/or other vendors to ensure coordination and escalation of issues and dependencies
• Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements
