Job summary

Jconnect Infotech is seeking an experienced Application Lifecycle / Endpoint Management Engineer to manage enterprise applications across Windows endpoints in a 24x7 environment. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in application lifecycle and endpoint management.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, packaging, deployment and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing enterprise applications across Windows endpoints and ensuring secure deployments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, security/compliance, and patching workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete application lifecycle: packaging, testing, deployment, upgrades, maintenance and retirement.
• Administer and support Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Create, configure and deploy applications to enterprise Windows endpoints.
• Manage deployments through Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Company Portal.
• Troubleshoot installation and deployment failures and monitor compliance.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Application Lifecycle / Endpoint Management Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management. The candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise applications across Windows endpoints, ensuring secure and reliable deployment, upgrades, patching, and retirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete application lifecycle, including application packaging, testing, deployment, upgrades, maintenance, and retirement.
• Administer and support Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Create, configure, and deploy applications to enterprise Windows endpoints.
• Manage application deployments through Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Company Portal.
• Troubleshoot application installation and deployment failures.
• Monitor application compliance, deployment status, and installation success rates.
• Support Windows 10/11 endpoint environments.
• Manage software upgrades, patches, remediation, and application version migrations.
• Work with business/application teams to understand requirements and define deployment strategies.
• Support SCCM/MECM OSD and endpoint management activities where required.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Use PowerShell scripting to automate application deployment and endpoint management tasks.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring application and endpoint issues.
• Follow enterprise security, compliance, change management, and ITIL processes.
