Job summary

Wissenpro It Solutions in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Endpoint Operations Engineer to own L3 endpoint support across Windows, macOS and mobile devices. You will work with SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF, AD, GPO, Autopilot and WSUS, developing PowerShell automations to streamline deployment and troubleshooting.

You’ll influence OS imaging, patch management, device provisioning, and lifecycle management while driving QA, testing and continuous service improvement in IT operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in endpoint management across Windows and macOS.
• Hands-on expertise with SCCM/MECM, Intune and JAMF.
• Strong IT operations, incident/problem management and service improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 Endpoint Support, troubleshooting, incident/problem management and RCA.
• Manage Windows, macOS, mobile devices and endpoints using SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF and WSUS.
• Develop PowerShell automation for deployment, troubleshooting, and repeatable tasks.
• Support OS imaging, device provisioning, software deployment and patch management.
• Perform QA, compatibility, functional, regression and deployment testing.
• Analyze incident trends, ticket data and KPIs to improve service health.
• Create runbooks, documentation and dashboards for service health scorecards.
• Support Change Management, Release Readiness, ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow/Jira.

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Operations Engineer / Endpoint Management Specialist with expertise in SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Windows, macOS, EUC, Desktop Engineering, Endpoint Management, IT Operations, and Service Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 Endpoint Support, troubleshooting, Incident/Problem Management, RCA, and continuous service improvement.
• Manage Windows, macOS, mobile, physical and virtual endpoints using SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF, MobileIron/Ivanti, Active Directory, GPO, Entra ID, Autopilot and WSUS.
• Develop PowerShell automation and scripts for endpoint management, deployment, troubleshooting, and repetitive tasks.
• Support OS Imaging, device provisioning, software deployment, application packaging, MSI, patch management, compliance, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Perform QA, compatibility, functional, regression, application and deployment testing.
• Analyze incident trends, ticket data, service health, KPIs, deployment success, patch posture, and device compliance.
• Create runbooks, test cases, documentation, dashboards, reports, and service health scorecards.
• Support Change Management, Release Readiness, ITIL processes, ServiceNow, Jira, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.
