Job summary

Wissenpro It Solutions seeks an experienced Endpoint Management/IT Operations professional with 7+ years in Endpoint Management, EUC, and related fields. Key skills include Intune, SCCM/MECM, JAMF, Entra ID, AD, GP, and Windows Autopilot.

Strong capability in incident handling, governance, and automation will be highly valued. Ideal candidates will manage service health, stakeholder communications, and automation projects to drive continuous improvement within enterprise IT operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Endpoint Management and EUC.
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, JAMF and MobileIron/Ivanti.
• Proficient in Windows/macOS endpoint management, AD, Entra ID and GP.
• Experience in incident/problem management, governance, and automation.

Seeking an experienced Endpoint Management / IT Operations professional with 7+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, End User Computing (EUC), Workplace Technology, Infrastructure Operations, or IT Service Management. Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, JAMF, MobileIron/Ivanti, Windows Endpoint Management, macOS, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, Windows Autopilot, WSUS, Device Compliance, Software Deployment, Patch Management, MDM, and Endpoint Security. Experience in incident/problem management, service health, operational reporting, stakeholder management, endpoint governance, automation, and continuous improvement is highly preferred.
