The candidate will handle enrollment, policy enforcement, endpoint protection, script-based automation, and collaboration across Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to ensure a reliable user experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager environments.
• Configure and support MDM & MAM policies across Windows and mobile devices.
• Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint security.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Support Windows 10/11 desktops and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Manage VPN and remote access technologies.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
• Support Cloud VDI environments and Thin Client platforms (IGEL preferred).
• Provide advanced L3 troubleshooting and resolution for complex incidents.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, and collaboration tools.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to enhance user experience.
