Job summary

Quintall is seeking a technically adept professional to support deployment of endpoint management systems for IT and OT devices, while maintaining backup platforms for OT systems. You will drive automation for deployment and remediation workflows, integrate solutions with IT/OT infrastructure, and prepare runbooks and architecture diagrams.

The role requires scripting skills (PowerShell/C#), experience with Ansible/Terraform, and hands-on work with OS deployment tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with endpoint management systems & client platform administration in production/industrial environments.
• Strong scripting/programming skills (PowerShell/C#); experience with automation/orchestration tools like Ansible, Terraform.

Job description

Your job:

• Support implementation and deployment of endpoint management systems for IT and OT devices
  Operate, administer and improve client backup platform for OT systems, ensuring reliability, performance, compliance and security
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automation solutions for deployment, configuration and remediation workflows using scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, C# or similar)
• Integrate endpoint management solutions with existing IT/OT infrastructure and tooling, including identity, monitoring and change management system and execute assigned work packages and (sub)projects, coordinate with stakeholders, report progress, risks and dependencies to the technical lead or project manager
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams and operational runbooks
• Manage and operate DHCP services for IT and OT networks. Coordinate with network teams for IP planning and changes; ensure high availability and disaster recovery mechanisms for DHCP infrastructure
• Work effectively within an Agile Framework: participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and backlog refinement; collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners and scrum masters to deliver incremental, tested and documented improvements

Your qualification:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent practical experience
  Practical experience with endpoint management systems & client platform administration in production/industrial environments
• Strong scripting/programming skills, (PowerShell/C#); experience with automation/orchestration tools like Ansible, Terraform etc.
• Hands-on experience with OS deployment and management tools (HCL BigFix, ManageEngine, Intune, WSUS, MDT etc)
• Understanding of OT systems, industrial networks and their specific security and availability requirements.
• Familiarity with identity/integration technologies (Active Directory, Azure AD), monitoring/telemetry and asset/inventory systems
• Experience producing technical operational concepts, runbooks and deployment plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot complex cross-domain issues
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with international multidisciplinary IT and OT teams
